非遗工坊助推乡村振兴:机理、问题与提升策略——以湖南省4个典型非遗工坊为例

摘　　要：坚持创造性转化、创新性发展,深挖非物质文化遗产价值,找到传统文化和现代生活的连接点,能够在促进乡村振兴的过程中发挥非遗服务当代、造福人民的作用。文章以湖南省4个典型非遗工坊为例,分析了非遗工坊助推乡村振兴的机理,发现非遗工坊在助推乡村振兴的过程中存在非遗工坊专业人才缺口较大、机械化生产削弱非遗文化传承、政府支持和引导力度不足、盲目开发改造易使项目失真等问题。针对这些问题的解决,提出培育非遗工坊专业人才、坚持原生态与高科技相结合打造精细精品非遗工坊、以政府主导强化协同治理、建立科学合理的非遗保护开发机制等对策建议。Adhering to creative transformation and innovative development,tapping the value of intangible cultural heritage,and finding the connection between traditional culture and modern life,so as to give full play to the role of intangible cultural heritage in serving the society and benefiting the people by promoting rural revitalization.Taking four typical workshops in Hunan Province as examples,the thesis attempts to study the mechanism of intangible cultural heritage workshops promoting rural revitalization.It is found that there are issues such as significant shortage of professionals,mechanized production weakens the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,insufficient government support,and blind development and transformation prone to project distortion.In response to these issues,countermeasures are proposed to vigorously cultivate professionals,forge the synergy between original ecology and high-tech to create fine and high-quality workshops,strengthen collaborative governance under the leadership of the government,and establish a scientific and reasonable mechanism for the protection and tapping of intangible cultural heritage.
