摘　　要：PPP模式在广西高校基础设施建设领域的应用和发展,在缓解地方政府财政压力,充分利用社会资本,促进高校基础设施建设,提高高等院校基础设施产出效益等方面切实发挥了重要作用。PPP模式本身具有流程上的复杂性和应用上的特殊性等特点,使其在广西高校基础设施建设领域的应用中存在一些问题。鉴于此,本文对广西高校基础设施建设项目PPP应用现状展开研究,重点剖析了PPP应用存在的主要问题及成因,针对性的提出了优化策略和建议,以期为广西高校基础设施建设项目PPP应用发展提供一定借鉴。The application of PPP mode in the field of infrastructure construction in Guangxi universities play a key role in alleviating the financial pressure of local government,fully utilizing social capital,enhancing the efficiency of infrastructure construction,and improving the output efficiency of infrastructure in universities.Due to the complexity of the PPP model itself and the specificity of its application,it faces some practical dilemmas in its application process.Therefore,strengthening research on the application of PPP and formulating optimization strategies are beneficial for improving the level of infrastructure construction in Guangxi universities.Hence,according to the connotation and characteristics of PPP mode,the article aims to explore the current status and practical dilemmas of PPP mode application,and proposes several suggestions.
