摘　　要：目的了解实际医疗机构法务建设的现状和预期。方法通过互联网+调查问卷的形式,对湖北省内15个县市医疗机构进行问卷调查。结果湖北省医疗法制建设正形成“分层推进,分类指导”的管理体制,湖北省卫健委与省内医疗机构融合推进多项政策,现阶段医院独立的法务部门和法律相关人员不足,但医院对法务建设非常重视。结论应该建设规范的法务管理体系,为依法治院提供法律帮助,协调处理医患纠纷等诉讼案件以及对职工进行法律法规培训。Objective:To understand the current situation and expectation of legal affairs construction in actual medical institutions.Method:The medical institutions in 15 counties and cities in Hubei Province were surveyed through the form of Internet+questionnaire.Result:The construction of medical legal system in Hubei Province is forming a management system of“layered promotion and classified guidance”.Hubei Provincial Health Commission and medical institutions in the province are integrating for the multiple policies.At present,there are insufficient independent legal departments and legal personnel in hospitals,but hospitals have attached great importance to the legal construction.Conclusion:What needs to be done is to establish a standardized management system for legal affairs,provide legal assistance for administrating the hospital in accordance with the law,coordinate the handling of litigation cases such as doctor-patient disputes,and provide regularly the legal training for employees.
