摘　　要：医疗管理中必须具有风险意识和潜在的预警意识。随着医院信息化的发展,电子病历数据被逐渐应用于构建风险预测模型。笔者对使用电子病历数据构建风险预测模型的方法、优势、建模过程存在的问题及研究现状等进行梳理分析,并提出相关建议,以期为构建高性能风险预测模型提供帮助。Risk awareness and potential warning awareness must be present in medical management.With the development of hospital informatization,electronic medical record data is gradually being used to construct risk prediction models.The authors summarized and analyzed the methods,advantages,problems in the modeling process,and research status of using electronic medical record data for building the risk prediction models,and proposed the relevant suggestions to provide assistance for building high-performance risk prediction models.
