摘　　要：重点梳理国家区域医疗中心复旦大学附属华山医院福建医院、福建医科大学附属第一医院首创的跨界党建联盟模式促进医院高质量发展的具体做法和主要成效。从实践效果上看,对区域内人民群众健康素养的改善、百姓就医可及性的提高、医院公益性的发挥、特色品牌快速辐射起到了重要作用。同时,推进了医院核心业务良性增长、党建与业务深度互融与创新。跨界党建联盟模式,对医院高质量发展起到了较好的促进作用。The specific practices and the main achievements of the cross-border Party building alliance model pioneered by the National Regional Medical Center,Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University,and the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University in promoting the high-quality development of the hospital were mainly sorted out.From a practical perspective,it has played an important role in improving the health literacy of the people in the region,bettering the accessibility of medical treatment for the people,exerting the public welfare of hospitals,and rapidly radiating characteristic brands.At the same time,it promoted the healthy growth of the hospital’s core business,and the in-depth integration and innovation of the Party building and business.The cross-border Party building alliance model has played a good role in promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.
