镀铝复合膜用聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成与性能研究

摘  要:详细分析了PET/VMPET型镀铝复合薄膜剥离强度降低的主要原因,针对镀铝复合膜剥离强度低,导致镀铝转移的问题,首先通过调整聚氨酯胶粘剂分子结构中软硬段的比例;同时引入侧链降低胶粘剂的规整度,从而增加链段柔韧性;最后控制相对分子质量分布来减少单体的残留量;通过这些缓解镀铝转移的思路,设计合成一种镀铝膜和塑料薄膜复合用聚氨酯胶粘剂。实验结果表明:该镀铝复合膜用聚氨酯胶粘剂剥离强度较高、镀铝无转移,此外溶剂残留低、流平性较好,适用于快速复合薄膜生产线。The main reason for reduction of the bonding strength of the vacuum aluminum composites films were analyzed in this paper.In order to solving low peeling strength of aluminized composited film and resulting aluminized film transfer,a polyurethane adhesive was synthesized for aluminized composited film.Firstly,the flexibility of the polyurethane polymer was increased through adjusting the ratio of soft and hard segments and introduc ing side chain,resulting of reducing the polyurethane regularity.Secondly,monomer remaining of polyurethane adhesive were decreased by controlling molecular weight distribution.The experiments and characterizations result suggested the polyurethane adhesive possessed excellent peel strength,no transfer of aluminized,low solvent remnant,good leveling property and was suitable for fast composite process.
