摘  要:以乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯为原料,采用中国石化第二代环管聚丙烯工艺技术生产三元共聚透明聚丙烯。三元产品生产难度大,过程中部分核心设备达到极限工况,通过反应器易堵塞,汽蒸罐温度过高,大闪线温度提升困难等。通过对三元透明聚丙烯红外光谱和热力学性能的测定,探讨了共聚单体乙烯和丁烯含量对无规共聚聚丙烯力学性能、光学性能和熔融结晶行为的影响。实验结果表明:随着乙烯和1-丁烯含量的增加,三元共聚聚丙烯的分子结构结晶度下降,产品具有优异的透明性,力学性能和光泽度,可实现进口高端透明专用料的替代。Based on ethylene,propylene,and 1-butene as raw materials,the Sinopec's second-generation circular polypropylene process technology is used to produce terpolymer transparent polypropylene.The production of ternary products is difficult.During the process,some core equipment reach the limit conditions.It is easy to block through the reactor,the temperature of the steaming can is too high,and the temperature of the large flash line is difficult to improve.Through the measurement of the terpolymer transparent polypropylene infrared spectrum and thermodynamic performance,the effects of the content of ethylene and butene of the common polymerized monomers on the random clustering mechanical performance,optical performance,and melting crystalline behavior.The experimental results show that with the increase of the content of ethylene and 1-butylne,the crystallinity of the ternary co-polypropylene is lower,the product has excellent transparency,the mechanical properties and gloss,which can achieve alternatives of imported high-end transparent special materials.
