摘 要:构建科学的生态安全格局,实施相应的生态修复保护手段是保障丘陵地区经济可持续发展的必要条件。选取湖南省邵阳市作为研究对象,使用层次分析法建立生态敏感性评价指标体系,叠加现有的自然保护区矢量,识别生态源地,利用最小累计阻力模型,识别出生态廊道及生态节点,构建研究区生态安全格局。结果显示:(1)邵阳市生态源地21个,面积为1654.14 km^(2),呈斑块状分布于低山丘陵和低山向盆地过渡地带;(2)研究识别出63条潜在生态廊道,总长2396.68 km,其中29条重要廊道和34条一般廊道,生态节点34处,与生态源地共同构成邵阳市生态安全格局;(3)基于生态阻力值,研究区被划分为五个生态安全等级,整体生态安全性较高,较高生态安全和高度生态安全面积占研究区面积的56.2%;(4)构建了“三区一带”的生态安全保护格局,划分城镇生态修复区、丘陵山地过渡地带保护区、山林生态保育区以及生态廊道保育修复带,围绕“源地—廊道—节点”的建设,提出相应的改善对策,相关结果为国土空间规划布局提供了参考。Building a scientific ecological security pattern and implementing corresponding ecological restoration and protection measures are necessary conditions for ensuring the sustainable development of regional of hilly land economy.Shaoyang City,Hunan Province was selected as the research object,and the ecological sensitivity evaluation index system was established by using analytic hierarchy,superimposing the existing nature reserve vector,identifying the ecological source area,using the minimum cumulative resistance model,identifying the ecological corridor and ecological node,and constructing the ecological security pattern of the research area.The results show that:(1)There are 21 ecological sources in Shaoyang City,with an area of 1654.14 km^(2),which are distributed in the transition zone from low hills and low mountains to basins.(2)63 potential ecological corridors with a total length of 2396.68 km,including 29 important corridors and 34 general corridors;34 ecological nodes;Together with the ecological source area,it constitutes the ecological security pattern of Shaoyang City;(3)Based on the ecological resistance value,the study area was divided into five ecological safety levels,High ecological security on the whole.The area with high ecological security and high ecological security accounted for 56.2%of the study area.(4)In this study,the ecological security protection pattern of“three districts and one belt”was constructed,which divided into urban ecological restoration areas,hilly and mountainous transition zone reserves,mountain and forest ecological conservation areas and ecological corridor conservation and restoration belts,and proposed corresponding improvement countermeasures around the construction of“source-corridor-point”,and the relevant results provided reference for the layout of land and spatial planning.
