摘　　要：数字化是信息化的深化,数据哲学是信息哲学在数字化时代的发展,它以数据为对象,以算法为工具,以综合为方法,从而促使21世纪哲学发生根本性的变革,并带来哲学的“数据转向”。与20世纪的分析哲学运动正好相反,数据哲学是一场综合哲学运动,它将全面探索数据与世界、数据与语言、数据与算法、数据与知识、数据与真理、数据与心灵等一系列本体论和认识论的前沿问题,形成自己独特的创构方法论体系和积极的伦理道德范式,并由此形成反映数字化时代精神的信息哲学研究纲领。Digitalization is the deepening of informatization,and philosophy of data is the development of philosophy of information in the digital era.It takes data as the object,algorithms as tools,and synthesis as methods,thus promoting fundamental changes in philosophy in the 21st century and bringing about a"data turn"in philosophy.Contrary to the analytical philosophy movement of the 20th century,philosophy of data is a comprehensive philosophical movement that comprehensively explores a series of cutting-edge ontological and epistemological issues such as data and the world,data and language,data and algorithms,data and knowledge,data and truth,data and the mind,data and creation,and forms its own unique system of creative methodology and positive ethical and moral paradigms,and thus forms a research program for information philosophy that reflects the spirit of the digital era.
