金银花油包水乳膏剂的制备研究

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在建立一种制备稳定的金银花油包水乳膏剂的有效方法。方法通过外观、pH值、稳定性评价,筛选金银花油包水乳膏剂最佳处方。结果以5%司盘83和4%硬脂酸钙为主乳化剂,在油相搅拌状态下,缓慢将水相加入油相,并在45℃时充分均质,得到稳定的金银花油包水乳膏剂,其pH值为6.0~7.0,基质与主药配伍性较好。结论以司盘83和硬脂酸钙为主乳化剂可制备金银花油包水乳膏剂,其具有缓释特性,有助于提高药物利用率。OBJECTIVE To establish an effective method for preparing a stable water-in-oil cream of honeysuckle extract.METHODS The optimal formulation of water-in-oil cream of honeysuckle extract was screened through the appearance,pH value,and stability evaluation.RESULTS With 5%Span 83 and 4%calcium stearate as main emulsifiers,a stable water-in-oil cream of honeysuckle extract,with a pH of 6.0 to 7.0,was obtained by slowly adding the water phase to the agitating oil phase,followed by homogenizing at 45℃.The cream showed good compatibility between the base of and the main ingredient.CONCLUSION The water-in-oil cream of honeysuckle extract was prepared by using Span 83 and calcium stearate as emulsifiers,which had the characteristics of slow release and was helpful to improve the utilization rate of drug.
