摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定地奈德乳膏中地奈德的含量。方法采用UPLC法测定地奈德乳膏在不同浓度范围中地奈德的含量,并进行比较。地奈德在0.01004~0.12048 mg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.43%,RSD为1.05%。结果三批地奈德乳膏样品的标示量百分含量分别为99.16%、98.63%、98.35%。结论本方法简便、灵敏、准确高、重现性好、专属性强,可用于地奈德乳膏中地奈德的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of desonide in desonide cream.METHODS Establishment of a HPLC method for the determination of desonide in desonide cream.RESULTS Desonide had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01004~0.12048 mg·mL^(-1)conctrationen(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 96.43%.The labeled percentage contents of three batches of desonide cream samples were 99.16%,98.63%and 98.35%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,reproducible and specific,and can be used for the determination of desonide in desonide cream.
