摘　　要：目的提出我国高校药学本科教学中,融入科研促提升教学质量的几点举措。方法依托科研项目改革了实验教学内容;采用“多途径”来提升教师的科研与教学结合的意识。结果这种“教学-科研”相结合的教学模式在药学专业的实践课教学中,能充分提高学生的实验动手操作能力、增强学生的创新意识,取得了较好的教学效果。教师们通过科研创新去探索和掌握本科教学中的规律,思考培养人才的有效途径。结论改革举措强调了学生的创新与实践能力的综合培养,造就了教研素养过硬的教师队伍。OBJECTIVE Some measures to improve the teaching quality by integrating scientific research into the undergraduate teaching of pharmacy in colleges and universities in China were promoted.METHODS The experimental teaching content was reformed by relying on scientific research projects and the.teachers′awareness of the combination of scientific research and teaching.was enhanced via“multi-channel”.RESULTS The results showed that this teaching mode of‘teaching scientific research’in the experimental teaching can fully improve the students′experimental operation ability,get deeper understanding of the knowledge points in the theoretical course,enhance the awareness of innovation and achieve good teaching effect.Teachers explore and master the law of undergraduate teaching through scientific research innovation and think about the effective way to cultivate talent.CONCLUSION These measures emphasized the comprehensive cultivation of students′innovation and practical ability and created a team of teachers with excellent teaching and research literacy.
