摘　　要：临床药师参与1例外源性胰岛素抵抗综合征(Exogenous insulin autoimmune syndrome,EIAS)合并肥胖的2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者的降糖方案的优化。协助医师更换胰岛素,调整降糖方案,降糖的同时兼具减重、改善胰岛素抵抗(Insulin resistance,IR),治疗EIAS,体现了临床药师的价值。The clinical pharmacist participated in the optimization of treatment of a type 2 diabetes patient with exogenous insulin autoimmune syndrome(EIAS)and obesity.Assisting doctors to change insulin,adjust the hypoglycemic program,reduce weight,relieve insulin resistance(IR),and treat EIAS at the same time,reflecting the value of clinical pharmacists.
