摘  要:线粒体相关内质网膜(mitochondria associated endoplasmic reticulum membranes,MAMs)是内质网与线粒体两者之间的偶联区域,构成其通讯的物理基础,可以在不同的信号通路中进行生物分子快速交换。线粒体内质网应激通路可以通过改变细胞内钙平衡影响细胞凋亡,进而作用于动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)。因此MAMs细胞凋亡通路可能为治疗AS疾病提供新的角度与方向。某些中药特有成分及中药方剂能够基于MAMs-细胞凋亡通路发挥其药效,在AS疾病进展中发挥治疗作用。黄酮类、生物碱类、多酚类等中药成分能够通过抑制氧化应激,介导细胞自噬,延缓细胞凋亡,控制AS病程。三萜类、皂苷类以及多酚类中药成分能够抑制细胞焦亡及铁死亡相关通路,进而减缓斑块形成和促进斑块稳定性。Mitochondrial Associated Endoplasmic Membranes(MAMs)are the coupling regions between endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria,which constitute the physical basis of their communication and can be used for rapid exchange of biomolecules in different signal pathways.Mitochondrial endoplasmic reticulum stress pathway can affect cell apoptosis by changing intracellular calcium balance,and then act on Atherosclerosis(AS)diseases.Therefore,the apoptosis pathway of MAMs cells may provide a new perspective and direction for the treatment of AS diseases.Some unique components and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine can exert their efficacy based on MAMs-apoptosis pathway and play a therapeutic role in the progress of AS diseases.Flavonoids,alkaloids,polyphenols and other traditional Chinese medicine components can inhibit oxidative stress,mediate autophagy,delay apoptosis and control the course of AS.Triterpenoids,saponins and polyphenols can inhibit cell death and iron death related pathways,thus slowing down plaque formation and promoting plaque stability.
