《伤寒论》中六经病与温病卫气分证关系探讨

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中“伤寒”一词为广义伤寒,包括了后世温病学家所论述的温病。叶天士卫气营血辨证中,卫分证、气分证可在《伤寒论》六经病中找到端倪。卫分证治以辛凉解表,此可体现于麻杏甘石汤、大青龙汤、越婢汤等之中;气分证治以开泄法、苦泄法、温阳法等,其中开泄法可见于栀子豉汤,苦泄法可见于小陷胸汤、泻心汤类方,温阳法可见于五苓散、苓桂术甘汤等。因此,卫分证、气分证症状、病机、治法可统一于《伤寒论》六经病之中。The term of"Shang Han"in Shang Han Lun refers to typhoid diseases in a broad sense,including the febrile diseases discussed by febrile disease experts of later generations.In Ye Tianshi′s syndrome differentiation of Wei Qi and Ying blood,Wei-fen syndrome and Qi-fen syndrome can be found in the six meridian diseases in Shang Han Lun.Wei-fen syndrome treatment to Xinliang Jieguo,which can be reflected in Maxing Ganshi Decoction,Da Qinglong Decoction,Yue Bi Decoction,etc;for Qi-fen syndrome the treatment methods include Kaixie Method,Kuxie Method and Wenyang Method,etc,in which the first method can be seen in Zhizi Chi Decoction,the second method can be seen in Xiao Xianxiong Decoction and Xiexin Decoction kinds of prescription and Wenyang method can be seen in Wuling Powder,Linggui Zhugan Decoction and so on.Therefore,the symptoms,pathogenesis and treatment of Wei-fen syndrome and Qi-fen syndrome can be unified in the disease of six meridians in Shang Han Lun.
