郭淑云“抓主症”诊疗特色简析

摘　　要：郭淑云教授认为,“抓主症”是辨证的高度概括,舌脉表现也是不可忽视的主症,从主症辨病机,依据一个或数个主症就可以确定病证,通过抓主症法从复杂症状中切中病证的本质。临证根据主症、兼症等确定君臣佐使进而立法组方;同时强调“抓主症”是辨证论治与专方专药两种方法的紧密结合,列举了7个“抓主症”专方专药,并介绍了各个方剂的药物组成及选用标准。Professor Guo Shuyun believes that"focusing on main symptoms"is a highly generalized syndrome differentiation,and tongue and pulse manifestations are also important main symptoms.From the differentiation of the main symptoms,the disease can be determined based on one or more main symptoms,and the essence of the disease can be cut through complex symptoms through grasping the main symptoms method.According to the main symptoms,concurrent symptoms,and other factors,determine the ruler,subjects,and assistant envoys,and then legislate and formulate prescriptions;At the same time,it is emphasized that"focusing on main symptoms"is a close combination of syndrome differentiation and treatment with specialized prescriptions and medicines.Seven specialized prescriptions and medicines for"focusing on main symptoms"are listed,and the drug composition and selection standards for each prescription are introduced.
