方玉甫运用加味潜阳封髓丹治疗虚阳浮越型难治性痤疮

摘　　要：虚阳浮越型难治性痤疮的主要病因为先天禀赋不足、久病不愈、药食不当、外感风湿热毒。本病多寒热错杂、本虚标实。其核心病机为脾肾亏虚,且又以肾阳亏虚为主,肾阳亏虚,阴寒必盛,逼出元阳,阳不守位,虚阳浮越,浮越之阳与在上之风热湿毒之邪相搏结,郁闭玄府,不得宣化,致使疾病经久不愈。临床治疗以加味潜阳封髓丹为基础,可补益脾肾,引火归元,同时灵活运用活血化瘀、消痰散结、疏风清热、除湿解毒、清肝解郁、温经散寒等药物。The main causes of refractory acne of floating Yang deficiency syndrome are insufficient innate endowment,prolonged illness,improper medication and diet as well as exogenous rheumatism and heat toxicity.This disease is often characterized by a mixture of Cold and Heat,with deficiency and excess.The core pathogenesis of this disease is Spleen and Kidney deficiency,which is mainly characterized by Kidney Yang deficiency.When Kidney Yang deficiency occurs,Yin Cold would prevail,forcing the Yuan Yang out.Yang does not maintain its position,and the excess Yang would float over.The excess Yang would compete with the Evil Factor of Wind,Heat,Dampness,and toxin on the upper level,causing stagnation in the Xuanfu and not being able to propagate,resulting in the disease lingering for a long time.Clinical treatment is based on the modified Qianyang Fengsui Pill,which can tonify the Spleen and Kidney,induce Fire to return to the original state.At the same time,flexible use of drugs such as promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,dissipating Phlegm and nodules,dispersing Wind and Heat,removing Dampness and detoxification,clearing Liver and resolving depression,warming meridians and dispersing Cold.
