摘  要:主动脉夹层是指由于主动脉中层退行性病变导致内膜撕裂,主动脉腔内的血液通过撕裂口进入主动脉壁内,血液流动使主动脉管腔呈现真假两腔的状态,主动脉中层形成夹层血肿,并沿主动脉扩展的一种心血管系统危重急症。主动脉夹层虽然不是常见病,但发病凶险,致死率高,严重危害人类生命健康。随着新技术的常规开展及诊断水平的提高,主动脉夹层的检出率逐年增高。基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)可能在主动脉夹层的发病中发挥极其重要的作用。同时MMP的基因多态性与主动脉夹层发病相关的危险因素也成为许多学者和临床研究关注的新方向。本文主要论述常见的几种MMP与主动脉夹层的关系,为主动脉夹层的预防、诊断和治疗提供帮助。Aortic dissection(AD)refers to a common cardiovascular disease in which the blood in the aortic lumen enters the aortic wall from the tear of the aortic intima,and the blood flows in the tear cavity,which makes the aortic lumen present a state of true and false lumen,resulting in the formation of an aortic dissection hematoma in the middle layer and expanding along the aorta.AD is a dangerous acute disease with high mortality rate,which seriously endangers people′s lives.With the development of new technology and the improvement of diagnostic level,the detection rate of AD is increasing year by year.Matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)may play an important role in the pathogenesis of AD.At the same time,the polymorphism of MMP gene is associated with the risk factors of AD,which has become a new direction for scholars all over the world.This paper mainly comprehensively discusses the relationship between MMP and AD,in order to help with the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of AD.
