摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘探寻针刺治疗腰三横突综合征的用穴规律。方法检索CNKI、维普、万方等数据库中2000年1月—2022年11月收录的符合纳入标准的文献,整理并建立针刺处方数据库,进行关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果最终纳入文献94篇,整理汇总针刺处方97首,涉及腧穴50个,腧穴总频次477次。结论治疗腰三横突综合征的腧穴以阿是穴、委中、肾俞、大肠俞、气海俞等为主,阿是穴为首选穴,足太阳膀胱经为穴位归经首选,局部治疗以背部为首选,特定穴则以背腧穴为首选。关联分析及聚类分析显示,阿是穴与委中联系最高,为针刺治疗腰三横突综合征的常用搭配。Objective To discuss acupoint selection rule of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar tri-transverse process syndrome based on data mining.Methods Literature that met the inclusion criteria collected in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and other databases from January 2000 to November 2022 were searched,the acupuncture prescription database was sorted out and established,and association rule analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.Results Finally,94 literatures were included,97 acupuncture prescriptions were summarized,50 acupuncture points were involved,and the total frequency of acupuncture points was 477 times.Conclusion The main acupoints used in the treatment of lumbar tri-transverse process syndrome are Ashi point,Weizhong(BL40),Shenshu(BL23),Dachangshu(BL25),Qihaishu(BL24),etc.,among which Ashi point is the first choice,the taiyang bladder channel of foot is the first choice of acupoint meridian,the local back is the first choice,and the specific acupoint is the back acupoint.According to the results of association analysis and cluster analysis,Ashi point has the highest association with Weizhong(BL40),and it is a common collocation of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar tri-transverse process syndrome.
