摘　　要：《妇科冰鉴》为清代医家柴得华所著,全书共设月经、经闭、崩漏、带下、嗣育、胎前、生育、产后、乳证、积聚、前阴、杂证12门。柴得华擅长论析且重视临床经验,方药完备,对各门皆有详细剖析及独到见解。此文以妇人生理特点为依据,将全书纳为月经病、带下病、胎产病、杂病4大类,并依次对柴氏治疗妇人病的学术思想进行系统探析和梳理。Fuke Bingjian was written by Chai Dehua,a doctor in the Qing Dynasty.The book has a total of 12 kinds diseases including menstruation,amenorrhea,metrorrhagia,leucorrhoea,reproduction,before birth,fetal,postnatal,milk syndrome,accumulation,external genitalia and miscellaneous.Chai Dehua is good at analysis and attaches great importance to clinical experience,complete prescriptions,and has detailed analysis and unique insights.Based on the physiological characteristics of women,the book is divided into four categories as follows:menstrual disease,pregnancy disease,fetal disease and miscellaneous diseases,and the academic thoughts of Chai’s treatment of women’s diseases were systematically analyzed and sorted out.
