印堂穴的临床运用探析

摘　　要：目的印堂穴位于司空之下、“两眉间的宛宛中”,具有“通督调神、调节阴阳”之功,临床运用广泛,现代临床用以治疗戒烟综合症、鼻炎、疼痛等。笔者从印堂穴的作用机制、疾病治疗、针刺操作3个角度对印堂穴的临床运用进行探析,经脉及脏腑关系上来阐述印堂与脑神、阴阳、气血之间的密切关系,从而引申出其机制与作用,以期为临床运用印堂穴治疗疾病提供一定理论参考。Yintang(EX-HN3)is under Sikong,“between the two eyebrows”,with the effect of“Tongdu regulating Tiaoshen,regulating yin and yang”function,widely used in clinical,modern clinical treatment of smoking cessation syndrome,rhinitis,pain and so on.The author analyzed the clinical application of Yintang(EX-HN3)from three angles of action mechanism,disease treatment and acupuncture operation,and elaborated the close relationship between Yintang(EX-HN3)and brain,yin and yang,qi and blood from the relationship between meridians and zang-fu organs,thereby extending its mechanism and effect,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical application of Yintang(EX-HN3)in the treatment of diseases.
