摘　　要：目的探寻针刺治疗陈旧性关节扭伤的取穴规律。方法检索建库至2022年12月于中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中针刺治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床文献资料,通过筛选后使用Microsoft Excel 365建立针刺治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤取穴数据库,并运用SPSS Statistics 26.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0对数据进行分析。结果检索最终纳入60篇文献。针刺治疗陈旧性性踝关节扭伤取穴频数最高的穴位是阿是穴、丘墟;足少阳胆经的选用频数最高;阿是穴-丘墟的相关性最高;聚类分析分为4类。结论陈旧性踝关节扭伤的针刺选穴以补养气血,活血散瘀,补脾养肝益肾,增强肌肉保护关节的能力为主要治法,选穴以阿是穴-丘墟-昆仑-解溪为核心穴对。Objective To study the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture in the treatment of old ankle sprain.Methods The clinical literature on acupuncture treatment of old ankle sprains was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service platform,Vip Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database from December 2022.After screening,Microsoft Excel 365 was used to establish the acupuncture point selection database for the treatment of old ankle sprains,and SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the data.Results Finally,60 literatures were included in the search.The most frequently selected acupoints for the treatment of old ankle sprain were Ashi point and Qiuxu(GB40).The frequency of foot Shaoyang gallbladder channel selection is the highest.The correlation between Ashi acupoint and Qiuxu(GB40)is the highest.Cluster analysis was divided into four categories.Conclusion The main treatment of acupuncture for old ankle sprain is tonifying qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis,tonifying spleen and liver and kidney,and enhancing the ability of muscle to protect joints.The core point selection is Ashi-Qiuxu(GB40)-Kunlun(BL60)-Jiexi(ST41).
