中药辨治皮肤瘙痒症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医药辨证治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月收治的全身性皮肤瘙痒症患者93例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(47例)和试验组(46例)。对照组根据病情选用药物、钙剂、维生素C、硫代硫酸钠以及镇静催眠剂治疗。试验组在对照组的基础上根据证型,选用四物消风散、养血润肤饮、活血祛风汤或人参键脾汤治疗。结果试验组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组瘙痒视觉模拟VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究期间2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论中医药治疗皮肤瘙痒症疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of skin pruritus.Methods 93 patients with systemic cutaneous pruritus admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and experimental group(46 cases).The control group selected antihistamines,calcium,vitamin C,sodium thiosulfate and sedative hypnotics according to the patient’s condition.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was treated with Siwu Xiaofeng powder,Yangxue Runfu decoction,Huoxue Qufeng decoction and Renshen Jianpi decoction according to different syndrome types.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores of pruritus in experimental groups were better than those in control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the study period.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of skin pruritus has significant effect and high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
