自拟排石汤在输尿管软镜碎石术后的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟排石汤在输尿管软镜碎石术后辅助排石的应用。方法从奉新县中医院2019年1月—2021年4月收治的82例泌尿系结石患者,用抓阄法随机分为对照组和试验组,2组均行输尿管软镜碎石术治疗,其中41例对照组患者术后予以口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,41例试验组在对照组联合自拟排石汤治疗,比较2组应用效果。结果试验组术后4周、8周的结石排净率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),结石排净时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组安全性指标以及1年随访复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟排石汤在输尿管软镜碎石术后辅助排石中的应用价值显著,可加快结石排出,提升结石排净率。Objective To investigate the application of Paishi decoction in in assisted stone removal after ureteral flexible lithotripsy.Methods A total of 82 patients with urinary calculi admitted to Fengxin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by lottering method.Both groups were treated with flexible ureteral lithotripsy.41 patients in the control group were treated with oral Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule after surgery,and 41 patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Paishi decoction after surgery.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The stone removal rate at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the stone removal time was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in safety indexes and recurrence rate at 1-year follow-up between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Paishi decoction has significant application value in assisting stone removal after soft ureteroscopic lithotripsy,which can accelerate stone expulsion and improve stone removal rate.
