健脾祛湿方治疗小儿湿疹的前瞻性研究

摘　　要：目的研究中医健脾祛湿方治疗小儿湿疹的效果。方法选取2016年7月—2020年12月收治的68例湿疹患儿,分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,观察组使用健脾祛湿方治疗,比较2组治疗14 d后各项指标。结果观察组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候积分、VAS评分、皮损面积、皮损状态评分及血清CD8^(+)水平均下降,且观察组更低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾祛湿方治疗小儿湿疹可有效改善患儿皮肤状态,缓解瘙痒等症状,减轻免疫损伤,疗效显著。Objective To study the effect of invigorating spleen and removing dampness prescription in the treatment of infantile eczema.Methods A total of 68 children with eczema who were admitted to Guxian Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from July 2016 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was treated with invigorating spleen and removing dampness prescription.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The indexes of the two groups were compared after 14 days of treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,VAS score,skin lesion area,skin lesion status score and serum CD8^(+)level were all decreased in 2 groups after treatment,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The levels of serum CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were better than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The invigorating spleen and removing dampness prescription in the treatment of infantile eczema can effectively improve the skin condition of children with eczema,relieve symptoms such as itching,and reduce immune damage,and has significantly curative effect.
