半枝莲合二妙汤联合辛复宁治疗高危型HPV感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨半枝莲合二妙汤联合辛复宁治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法筛选72例高危型HPV感染患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(给予辛复宁治疗)和研究组(给予半枝莲合二妙汤联合辛复宁治疗),每组36例,分别按既定治疗方案治疗3个月,比较2组HPV转阴率、中医证候积分和中医证候疗效。结果治疗后,研究组HPV转阴率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组中医证候总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半枝莲合二妙汤联合辛复宁治疗高危型HPV感染的临床效果优于单纯辛复宁治疗,能有效提高HPV转阴率和改善中医证候疗效,是一种值得推广的中西医结合治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banzhilian and Ermiao decoction combined with Xinfuning in the treatment of highrisk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods Seventy two patients with high-risk HPV infection were strictly selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(treated with Xinfuning)and the research group(treated with Banzhilian and Ermiao decoction combined with Xinfuning).Each group had 36 patients,who were treated according to the established treatment scheme for 3 months.The HPV negative conversion rate,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and TCM syndrome effect was compared.Results After treatment,HPV negative conversion rate in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Banzhilian and Ermiao decoction combined with Xinfuning in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection is better than that of Xinfuning alone,which can effectively increase the negative rate of HPV and improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,and is a treatment scheme of integrated traditional and western medicine that is worth promoting.
