摘　　要：2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)防治亟需有效的方案来优化管理,除健康生活方式干预及使用降糖药物,中医药干预在防治T2DM中发挥着越来越关键的作用。其中,姜黄素作为中药姜黄中提取的主要成分,在T2DM及其并发症的治疗中发挥着关键作用。此文从T2DM及其并发症的病理机制切入,结合姜黄素的特点,系统阐述国内外姜黄素的临床应用现状,希冀为临床防治提供思路。The prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is in urgent need of effective programs to optimize management.In addition to healthy lifestyle intervention and the use of hypoglycemic drugs,traditional Chinese medicine intervention is playing an increasingly critical role in the prevention and treatment of T2DM.Curcumin,as the main component extracted from turmeric,plays a key role in the treatment of T2DM and its complications.Based on the pathological mechanism of T2DM and its complications,combined with the characteristics of curcumin,the present clinical application status of curcumin at home and abroad was systematically reviewed in this paper,hoping to provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment.
