摘　　要：心血管疾病归属中医学心系病证范畴,其病理关键在于血瘀,血瘀贯穿于心血管疾病发病的终始。活血化瘀类药物在临床上的应用比较广泛,能够改进人体血流变学特性、改善微循环、维持血流动力学正常等,临床往往取得较好的治疗效果。临床上应用理气活血、益气活血、温阳活血、化痰活血等法,论治心血管疾病,常收到明显疗效,具有较高的临床应用价值。Cardiovascular diseases belong to the category of heart diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.The key to its pathology lies in blood stasis,which runs through the beginning of the onset of cardiovascular diseases.Drugs that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis are widely used in clinical practice,which can improve the hemorheological characteristics of human body,improve microcirculation,maintain normal hemodynamics,etc.,and can achieve good clinical effects.Clinically,the methods of regulating qi and activating blood circulation,invigorating qi and activating blood circulation,warming yang and activating blood circulation,eliminating phlegm and activating blood circulation are often effective in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and have high clinical application value.
