摘 要:目的:探究孟鲁司特联合布地奈德雾化吸入在学龄前期支气管哮喘儿童中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3—12月惠州市第一人民医院收治的100例学龄前期支气管哮喘儿童作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50)。对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗2周后血清相关指标、肺功能,不良反应及临床疗效。结果:治疗2周后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)水平均降低,γ干扰素(interferon-γ,INF-γ)水平上升,试验组TNF-α、IgE水平均低于对照组,INF-γ水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV_(1))、最大呼气峰流速(peak expiratory flow,PEF)及用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)均上升,试验组FEV_(1)、PEF及FVC均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特联合布地奈德雾化吸入应用于学龄前期支气管哮喘儿童中可改善患儿血清相关指标水平,提高患儿肺功能,临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide nebulization inhalation in preschool children with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 100 preschool children with bronchial asthma treated in Huizhou First People's Hospital from March to December 2020 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was given Budesonide nebulization inhalation treatment,and the experimental group was given Montelukast on the basis of the control group.Serum related indexes,lung function before and after 2 weeks of treatment,adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)decreased in both groups,while the levels of interferon-γ(INF-γ)increased,the levels of TNF-αand IgE in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the INF-γlevel was significantly higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),peak expiratory flow(PEF),and forced vital capacity(FVC)were increased,and FEV_(1),PEF and FVC in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Montelukast combined with Budesonide nebulization inhalation in preschool children with bronchial asthma can improve the level of serum related indicators and improve the pulmonary function in children,with significant clinical efficacy.
