补肾祛寒汤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾祛寒汤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年10月东莞市松山湖中心医院收治的80例类风湿关节炎患者。根据随机抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予补肾祛寒汤。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后症状积分、相关指标、晨僵时间及疼痛程度及不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组关节疼痛、关节肿胀、晨僵评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、抗环瓜氨酸肽(cyclic citrullinated peptide,CCP)抗体、类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组晨僵时间及视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾祛寒汤的效果较为理想,可减轻类风湿关节炎患者症状,缓解炎症反应,缩短晨僵时间,减轻疼痛,不增加不良反应,安全性好。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Bushen Quhan Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Method:A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Dongguan City Songshan Lake Central Hospital from February 2020 to October 2022 were selected.According to the random drawing method,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Bushen Quhan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,relevant indexes,morning stiffness time,pain degree before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 87.50%,which was higher than 67.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of joint pain,joint swelling and morning stiffness in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),anti cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP)antibody,rheumatoid factor(RF)levels in the study group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the morning stiffness time and visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Bushen Quhan Decoction is ideal,which can reduce symptoms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,relieve inflammation reaction,shorten morning stiffness time,reduce pain,do not increase adverse reactions,and have good safety.
