摘　　要：目的:研究浓缩生长因子(concentrated growth factor,CGF)联合血浆蛋白凝胶治疗面部凹陷瘢痕患者的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月淄博市中心医院收治的100例面部凹陷瘢痕患者。根据随机数表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组行血浆蛋白凝胶注射治疗,试验组行CGF联合血浆蛋白凝胶注射治疗。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前、治疗后1个月瘢痕状态,不良反应及治疗效果满意度。结果:试验组的优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,试验组患者角度、观察者角度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无伤口感染,每次治疗后均可发现患者面部皮肤进针口有轻微红肿症状,但观察30 min内自行消失,后续未再次出现,无其他不良反应。试验组治疗效果总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CGF联合血浆蛋白凝胶治疗面部凹陷瘢痕患者有显著效果,能积极改善患者瘢痕状态并提高满意度,安全性良好。Objective:To study the clinical effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF)combined with plasma protein gel in the treatment of patients with facial depression scar.Method:A total of 100 patients with facial depression scar treated in Zibo Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group received plasma protein gel injection treatment,and the experimental group received CGF combined plasma protein gel injection treatment.The therapeutic effect,scar status before treatment and 1 month after treatment,adverse reactions and satisfaction with therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the scores of patient angle and observer angle in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no wound infection in the two groups,and slight redness and swelling at the injection entrance of the facial skin could be found in both patients after per treatment,but the symptoms disappeared within 30 minutes after observation,and did not recur later,with no other adverse reactions.The total satisfaction of treatment effect in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CGF combined plasma protein gel has a significant effect in the treatment of facial depression scar patients,can actively improve the scar state of patients and improve satisfaction,and has good safety.
