2型糖尿病患者睡眠特点及与痰湿证关系探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的睡眠特点及其与痰湿证相关性。方法收集行多导睡眠监测(PSG)的T2DM患者110例,其中痰湿证(PDS)84例、非痰湿证(non-PDS)26例;收集非2型糖尿病(non-T2DM)患者52例。比较睡眠指标。结果与non-T2DM组比较,T2DM组的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)占比较高(P<0.05),且睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)升高,而非快速眼动睡眠1期占总睡眠时间比(N1/TST)、夜间平均血氧饱和度(MSaO_(2))、夜间最低血氧饱和度(LSaO_(2))降低(P<0.05)。与non-PDS组比较,PDS组OSAHS占比较高(P<0.05),且AHI升高(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析:调整混杂因素后,OSAHS患者患T2DM的相对危险度(OR值)为6.934[95%CI(1.842,26.103),P=0.004]。结论OSAHS是T2DM的危险因素,痰湿证为其主要证候。Objective To explore the relationship between sleep characteristics in type 2 diabetes patients and phlegm-dampness syndrome.Methods One hundred and ten patients with essential type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)who have conducted polysomnography were collected in Fujian Provincial Hospital,among which there were 84 cases of phlegm-dampness syndrome,26 cases of non-phlegm-dampness syndrome,while 52 cases of non-T2DM patients were collected as control group at the same time.The sleep indicators was compared.Results The percentage of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in the T2DM group was higher than that in the non-T2DM group(P<0.05).Among the two groups,AHI increased in T2DM group,but N1/TST,MSaO_(2) and LSaO_(2) decreased(P<0.05).OSAHS proportion in PDS group was higher than that in non-PDS group(P<0.05),ND AHI in PDS group were higher than those in non-PDS(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting the confounding factors,the relative risk of T2DM in OSAHS was 6.934[95%CI(1.842,26.103),P=0.004].Conclusion OSAHS is a risk factor for T2DM,and the main symptoms is phlegm-dampness syndrome.
