经方五苓散异病同治在肛肠科的应用

摘　　要：五苓散出自张仲景的《伤寒杂病论》,针对的病机为“水蓄膀胱,气化不利,兼有表证未除”和“水气内停,逆阻中焦,气机痞塞”,取“化气利水,通里达表”之治法。根据中医“异病同治”法则,临证中无论何病何症,但诊见此病机皆有投用此方之道理,以病机之不变可应病候之万变。胡海华教授在肛肠科疾病的临证中,准抓病机,灵活使用经方,并随证加减,常有佳效。临证中尤其擅长使用五苓散加减治疗多种肛肠科疾病,多有效验。Wuling powder is derived from Zhang Zhongjing’s Shanghan Zabing Lun.It aims at the pathogenesis of“water storing bladder,unfavorable gasification,with surface syndrome not eliminated”and“internal stop of pathogenic water,reverse obstruction of middle coke,and blockage of qi”,and adopts the treatment method of“transforming qi and water,reaching the surface”.According to the principle of“treating different diseases with same method”in traditional Chinese medicine,no matter what disease or disease in clinical syndrome,there is a reason to use this prescription when diagnosing the pathogenesis.With the unchanged pathogenesis,we can respond to the myriad changes of symptoms.Professor Hu Haihua has a good effect in the clinical treatment of anorectal diseases by grasping the pathogenesis,using the classic prescriptions flexibly,adding and subtracting with the syndrome.Clinically,she is especially good at using Wuling powder to treat a variety of anorectal diseases.
