补中益气方合桂枝茯苓丸加减联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析对子宫内膜息肉行宫腔镜联合补中益气方合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2021年2月安福县中医院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者100例,依据治疗方法分为宫腔镜联合补中益气方合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗组(中药方剂组)、宫腔镜联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗组(西药组),各50例。统计分析2组中医证候积分、血液流变学、子宫内膜厚度、月经量、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、复发情况。结果中药方剂组患者的中医证候积分、血浆比黏度、全血比黏度、红细胞聚集指数均低于西药组(P<0.05)。中药方剂组患者的子宫内膜厚度小于西药组,月经量少于西药组(P<0.05)。中药方剂组患者的治疗总有效率94.00%(47/50)高于西药组的76.00%(38/50)(P<0.05)。中药方剂组患者的不良反应发生率2.00%(1/50)低于西药组的20.00%(10/50)(P<0.05)。中药方剂组患者的复发率10.00%(5/50)低于西药组的26.00%(13/50)(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉行宫腔镜联合补中益气方合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗效果较宫腔镜联合西药治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the curative effect of invigorating spleen-stomach and replenishing qi recipe combined with Guizhi Fuling pills combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,100 patients with endometrial polyps in Anfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively selected,and according to the treatment methods,they were divided into Chinese herbal formula group treated with invigorating spleen-stomach and replenishing qi recipe combined with Guizhi Fuling pills combined with hysteroscopy and Western medicine group treated with hysteroscopic combined with desogestrel tablets,with 50 cases in each group.TCM syndrome score,hemorheology,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,clinical efficacy,occurrence and recurrence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results TCM syndrome score,plasma specific viscosity,whole blood specific viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index in Chinese herbal formula group were lower than those in Western medicine group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the Chinese herbal formula group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than that of Western medicine group(76.00%,38/50)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Chinese herbal formula group was 2.00%(1/50),which was lower than that in the Western medicine group(20.00%,10/50)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of Chinese herbal formula group was 10.00%(5/50),which was lower than that of Western medicine group(26.00%,13/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of invigorating spleen-stomach and replenishing qi recipe combined with Guizhi Fuling pills combined with hysteroscopy is more effective than that of hysteroscopic treatment combined with Western medicine.
