摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线联合除湿胃苓汤治疗脾虚湿蕴型湿疹的临床效果。方法根据随机数字表法将80例脾虚湿蕴型湿疹患者平均分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组口服除湿胃苓汤治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用穴位埋线治疗。治疗30 d,观察并比较2组患者临床疗效,记录不良反应。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为90.0%(36/40),高于对照组的75.0%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合除湿胃苓汤治疗脾虚湿蕴型湿疹的临床效果良好,患者不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chushi Weiling decoction on eczema of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type.Methods According to the random number table method,80 patients with eczema of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chushi Weiling decoction orally and the hospital preparation of the triamcinolone urea ointment external liniment treatment.The treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of the control group.After 30 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%(36/40),which was higher than that of the control group(75.0%,30/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chushi Weiling decoction in the treatment of eczema of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type has satisfactory clinical effect and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
