摘　　要：目的探讨平衡火罐疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床效果。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2020年1月—2021年8月收治的68例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者为本次研究对象,根据患者入院编号进行单双数分组,其中双数为对照组(34例),采用常规治疗方法;单数为研究组(34例),在常规治疗的基础上行平衡火罐疗法。比较2组患者中医证候积分及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,研究组患者中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),同时研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的76.47%(26/34)(P<0.05)。结论对稳定期的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用平衡火罐疗法,可有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者气虚、喘咳等证候,进而积极有效地提升临床效果,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of balanced cupping therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients in stable stage.Methods Sixty-eight patients with stable COPD admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into odd group and even group according to their admission numbers.The even number was the control group of 34 cases,and conventional treatment was used.Odd number was the study group of 34 cases,balanced cupping therapy was performed on the basis of conventional treatment.TCM syndrome score and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the study group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than that of the control group(76.47%,26/34)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of balanced cupping therapy for patients with COPD in the stable stage can effectively improve the syndrome such as qi deficiency,wheezing and cough in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and then actively and effectively improve the clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
