自拟三金排石汤联合西医治疗泌尿系结石临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察泌尿系结石在西医治疗基础上联合自拟中药三金排石汤的临床效果。方法从安福县中医院往期收治的泌尿系结石患者中选取80例,根据治疗方法分为西医治疗组和自拟中药组,各40例。统计分析2组中医证候积分、结石数目、临床疗效、肝肾功能、疼痛程度、疼痛缓解时间、结石排出时间、不良反应发生情况、复发情况。结果治疗后,与西医治疗组比较,自拟中药组患者的中医证候积分低、结石数目少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自拟中药组患者的总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于西医治疗组的70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自拟中药组患者的血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平、数字分级评分法(NRS)评分均低于西医治疗组,疼痛缓解时间、结石排出时间均短于西医治疗组,复发率5.00%(2/40)低于西医治疗组的20.00%(8/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗基础上联合自拟中药三金排石汤用于泌尿系结石,临床效果较单独西医治疗更好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Sanjin Paishi decoction on the basis of Western medicine in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods Eighty patients with urinary calculi admitted to Anfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into Western medicine group and self-made Chinese medicine group according to the treatment method,with 40 cases in each group.Renal function,pain level,pain relief time,stone excretion time,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence were analyzed.Results After treatment,compared with the Western medicine group,the TCM syndrome score and the number of stones in the self-made Chinese medicine group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the self-made Chinese medicine group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that of the Western medicine group(70.00%,28/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and digital grading score(NRS)of patients in the self-made Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the Western treatment group,the pain relief time and stone passing time were shorter than those in the Western treatment group,and the recurrence rate was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than that in the Western treatment group(20.00%,8/40).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made Chinese medicine Sanjin Paishi decoction on the basis of Western medicine in the treatment of urinary calculi is better than that of Western medicine treatment.
