补气活血汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补气活血汤配合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月江西省进贤县人民医院接诊的70例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组35例。对照组给予西药沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补气活血汤治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后中医证候积分、Lee氏心力衰竭计分、6 min步行试验距离(6MWD)、心功能指标检测结果变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、Lee氏心力衰竭计分均低于对照组,6MWD高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)检测结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补气活血汤配合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的耐力和心功能。Objective To explore the effect of Buqi Huoxue decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Seventy patients with chronic heart failure treated in Jinxian County People’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were included as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine sakubatrovalsartan,and the observation group was treated with Buqi Huoxue decoction on this basis.The therapeutic effect,the changes of TCM syndrome score,Lee’s heart failure score,6-min walking distance(6MWD)and cardiac function index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that of control group(77.14%,27/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and Lee’s heart failure score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,6MWD was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke output(SV)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buqi Huoxue decoction combined with Western medicine is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure,which can effectively improve the endurance and cardiac function of patients.
