真武汤合四逆汤治疗少阴抑郁症的临床体会

摘　　要：四逆汤和真武汤是《伤寒杂病论》中治疗少阴病的主要用方,文章通过查询分析目前中医对抑郁症病因病机、治疗方法的认识,根据“情绪低落、精神疲倦”的临床核心症状,结合中医基础理论、历代医家观点以及相关临床实践,提出少阴心肾阳气不足是抑郁症主要病机,将“四逆汤合真武汤”作为少阴抑郁症的基本方,在此基础上随证加减治疗,为抑郁症的治疗和预防提供新的思路。Sini decoction and Zhenwu decoction are the main prescriptions for the treatment of Shaoyin disease in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.Through inquiry and analysis of the current etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of depression,according to the clinical core symptoms of“depression and mental fatigue”,combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the relevant viewpoints of doctors of previous dynasties and relevant clinical practice,it is proposed that the deficiency of Shaoyin,heart and kidney yang is the main pathogenesis of depression.“Sini decoction combined with Zhenwu decoction”is taken as the basic prescription of Shaoyin depression,and on this basis,it provides a new idea for the treatment and prevention of depression.
