摘　　要：现代研究认为酒有百害而无一利,但是酒真的是一无是处吗?答案是否定的。文章从中华文化以及中医用酒之道漫谈对酒的认识:从华夏酒文化到中医用酒之道,从先秦庄子到盛唐李杜,从《短歌行》到《赤壁赋》,从儒释道到中医用酒之道,均可见酒在华夏文化中魅力之大、烙印之深;同时,《汉书》中提到“酒,为百药之长”,可见酒在中医药中扮演着重要角色。Modern research believes that alcohol is harmful to all,but is alcohol really useless?The answer is no,and now authors would discuss the understanding of wine from the perspective of Chinese culture and traditional Chinese medicine.From the Chinese wine culture and the way of traditional Chinese medicine using wine,from Chuang Tzu in the Pre-Qin Dynasty to Li Bai and Du Fu in the prosperous Tang Dynasty,from Dange Xing to Chibi Fu,from Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism to the way of traditional Chinese medicine using wine,we can see the charm of wine in Chinese culture.At the same time,it is mentioned in the Hanshu that“wine is the strength of a hundred medicines”,which shows that wine plays an important role in traditional Chinese medicine.From the analysis of the origin,legend,and application methods of traditional Chinese medicine,it can be seen that wine plays an important role in traditional Chinese medicine.
