摘 要:在推进“双一流”中医院校建设背景下,广州中医药大学第一临床医学院检验科教研室作为基层教学单位,积极迎接挑战,以发扬中医药文化精神为主旨、以素质教育改革为中心、以实习生论文教学实践为契机,将专业理论知识和创新实践能力结合起来,探索培养综合能力强的高素质人才的可行性。临床实习是临床检验专业学生从被动学习到主动运用知识的重要阶段。当前,实习生的素质教育对实践操作能力的重视程度较高,而对科研创新能力的培养是其相对薄弱的环节。提高检验科实习生的科研素养、笃实其中医药文化理论,培养勤于思考、善于开拓的医学检验人才,是检验科实习及论文带教过程中亟待思考和改善的问题。Under the background of promoting the construction of“double first-class”university of Chinese medicine,Department of Clinical Laboratory of the First Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,as a grass-roots teaching unit,actively met the challenges,with the main purpose of promoting the spirit of Chinese medicine culture,and the reform of quality education as the center,taking the teaching practice of interns thesis as an opportunity,combining professional theoretical knowledge and innovative practical ability to explore the feasibility of cultivating high-quality and diversified talents.Clinical practice is an important stage for clinical laboratory students from passive learning to active application of knowledge.At present,the quality education of interns pays more attention to practical operation ability,while scientific research innovation ability is a relatively weak link.Improving the scientific research literacy of the interns in the laboratory,solidifying the cultural theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and cultivating high-quality medical laboratory talents in line with international standards are issues that need to be considered and improved in the process of laboratory practice and thesis guidance.
