摘　　要：目的为充分利用重庆医药生产基地的产业基础和资源优势,推动重庆生物医药产业高质量发展提供参考。方法采用文献调查、统计分析等研究方法,从产业发展基础条件、产业规模与结构、产业聚集与布局、研发创新投入与产出4个方面分析重庆生物医药产业的现状,通过与江苏、广东、四川、湖北、上海等省市比较,剖析存在的问题,并提出相应对策与建议。结果与结论重庆生物医药产业存在产业的总体量低、产业布局分散、创新链条不完备、高层次人才缺乏等问题,应尽快实施大品种培育计划,加快创新品种研发,完善技术创新服务体系,打造国家级产业园区,推动生物医药产业的高质量发展。Objective To fully utilize the industrial base and resource advantages of Chongqing's pharmaceutical production base,and to provide a reference for promoting the high-quality development of Chongqing's bio-pharmaceutical industry.Methods By using literature survey,statistical analysis and other research methods,the current status of Chongqing bio-pharmaceutical industry was analyzed from four aspects:basic conditions of industrial development,industrial scale and structure,industrial cluster and layout,and input and output of research and development(R&D)innovation.By comparing with provinces and cities such as Jiangsu,Guangdong,Sichuan,Hubei,and Shanghai,the existing problems were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.Results and Conclusion Chongqing's bio-pharmaceutical industry has problems such as small scale,scattered industrial layout,incomplete innovation chain,and a lack of high-level talents.It is necessary to implement a large-scale variety cultivation plan as soon as possible,accelerate the development of innovative varieties,improve the technical innovation service system,create a well-known industrial park in China,and promote the high-quality development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry.
