摘　　要：目的建立药品滴速预警规则,降低某院输液速度相关不良反应发生率,保障用药安全。方法通过查询文献,总结某院易出现输液速度相关不良反应的21种药品及不良反应。利用医院信息系统设置203种静脉滴注给药注射剂的药物滴速预警规则,对于无法计算滴速范围的注射剂相关信息维护至处方前置审核系统规则库中;临床药师在药学查房中重点监控输液速度。结果建立药物滴速预警规则后,未再出现输液速度相关不良反应。结论药师可通过建立药物滴速预警规则而减少输液速度相关不良反应的发生,促进临床合理用药,保障用药安全。Objective To establish drug infusion speed warning system,to reduce the incidence of infusion speed-related adverse reactions in a hospital,and to ensure medication safety.Methods By searching literature,21 drugs that were prone to infusion speed-related adverse reactions and their adverse reactions in a hospital were summarized.The hospital information system was used to set up infusion speed warning rules for 203 types of intravenous infusion drug injections,and maintain information related to injections that could not calculate the infusion speed range in the rule base of pre-prescription review system.Meanwhile,clinical pharmacists focused on monitoring the infusion speed during pharmaceutical rounds.Results After establishing the drug infusion speed warning system,no infusion-related speed adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Pharmacists can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions-related to drug infusion speed by establishing the drug infusion speed warning system,promoting rational drug use in the clinic,and ensuring medication safety.
