摘 要:目的:探究利用心电编辑技术和多时相重建技术在冠脉CT血管成像(CTA)检查中的必要性。方法:选取2022年3月—12月在江苏省省级机关医院进行回顾性冠脉CTA检查的患者,共计120例影像资料。对这120例患者的冠状动脉CTA检查初始图像进行多时相重建及心电编辑技术,得到编辑后图像。在后处理工作站上采用冠脉+钙化积分功能包对这120例编辑前、编辑后图像进行图像后处理,显示冠脉及其分支。将冠脉分成15段,对编辑前、后所有冠脉分段主观评价,三支冠脉主观评分进行比较。结果:编辑后冠脉分段主观评价图像质量高于编辑前(P<0.05)。编辑后三支冠脉主观评分均高于编辑前(P<0.05)。结论:心电编辑和多时相重建技术对于冠脉CTA检查能够提高图像质量,提高诊断率。Objective To explore the necessity of using electrocardiogram editing technology and multi-temporal reconstruction technology in coronary CT angiography(CTA)examination.Methods 120 patients who underwent retrospective coronary artery CTA examination in Jiangsu Province Official Hospital from March 2022 to December 2022 were chose.Perform multi-temporal reconstruction and electrocardiogram editing techniques on the initial images of coronary artery CTA examination in these 120 patients to obtain the edited images.On the post-processing workstation,the coronary artery and calcification integration function package was used to perform image post-processing on these 120 pre and post edited images,revealing the coronary artery and its branches,the coronary artery were divided into 15 segments and subjectively evaluate all coronary segments before and after editing,and compare the subjective scores of the three coronary arteries.Results After editing,the subjective evaluation image quality of coronary segments was higher than that of before editing(P<0.05).After editing,the subjective scores of all three coronary arteries were higher than that of before editing(P<0.05).Conclusion ECG editing and multi-temporal reconstruction techniques can improve image quality and diagnostic accuracy in coronary CTA examination.
