活血止痛散熏洗对踝关节骨折术后功能康复的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究活血止痛散熏洗对踝关节骨折术后功能康复的效果。方法选取2021年3月-2022年9月本院收治的踝关节骨折术后的患者60例,按照不同疗法治疗,分成实验组、对照组,每组各30例。分析对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组关节肿胀、疼痛程度、炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组Barthel评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛散熏洗治疗踝关节骨折术后患者,可加速其功能康复的效果,改善患者的炎症因子指标、关节功能、日常生活自理能力,降低其关节肿胀度和疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study value of fumigation and washing of blood-quickening painrelieving powder on functional rehabilitation of ankle fracture surgery.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with ankle fracture surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to September 2022,treated them different treatments and named as experimental group and control group after surgery.Treatment effect was analyzed.Results After treatment,experimental group showed lower levels of joint swelling,pain and inflammatory factors than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel scores in experimental group were higher than control group,P<0.05;clinical effect of experimental group was 29(96.67%),higher than control group 23(76.67%),P<0.05.Conclusion Fumigation and washing therapy of blood-quickening pain-relieving powder can provide intervention for patients after ankle fracture surgery,accelerate effect of functional rehabilitation,improve inflammatory factor indicators,joint function,daily living ability of patients and reduce degree of joint swelling and pain,which is worthy of application.
