盆腔子宫内膜异位症采用经腹超声和经阴道超声诊断的效果评估

摘　　要：目的探究采用经腹超声和经阴道超声诊断盆腔子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法纳入曹县人民医院于2021年12月-2022年12月接诊的80例疑似盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者,均接受经腹超声诊断、经阴道超声诊断,以手术病理诊断作为“金标准”,分析两种诊断方式在盆腔子宫内膜异位症的诊断效果。结果经阴道超声诊断的阳性率高于经腹超声诊断;经阴道超声诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确性高于经腹超声诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声诊断在盆腔子宫内膜异位症中的效果优于经腹超声,具有较高的准确性,值得推广。Objective To explore effect of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic endometriosis.Methods TA total of 80 patients with suspected pelvic endometriosis were included in Caoxian People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022.All of them received transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis and transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis.Surgical and pathological diagnosis was used as the"gold standard"to analyze the diagnostic effect of the two diagnostic methods in pelvic endometriosis.Results Positive rate of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was higher than transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis;sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was higher than transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound can achieve better effect than transabdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic endometriosis,with high accuracy,which is worthy of promotion.
