通脉汤防治奥沙利铂化疗所致周围神经毒性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通脉汤防治奥沙利铂化疗所致周围神经毒性的临床效果。方法选取本院奥沙利铂化疗的患者82例(2020年7月-2022年7月),随机分为常规治疗的对照组(41例)与通脉汤治疗的观察组(41例),观察周围神经毒性发生情况、中医症候积分、不良反应发生率、血流动力学、神经传导速度、生存质量。结果与对照组相比,观察组神经毒性程度轻,中医症候积分低,不良反应发生率低,血流动力学改善好,神经传导速度快,生存质量评分高(P<0.05)。结论通脉汤用于奥沙利铂化疗所致周围神经毒性防治中,能减轻神经毒性程度及临床症状,减少不良反应发生,改善血流动力学及神经传导速度,提高生存质量,值得借鉴。Objective To observe clinical effect of tongmai decoction in preventing and treating peripheral neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin chemotherapy.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with oxaliplatin chemotherapy in our hospital(from July 2020 to July 2022),and divided them into control group(41 cases)treated with routine therapy and observation group(41 cases)treated with tongmai decoction randomly.Incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity,TCM symptom scores,incidence of adverse reactions,hemodynamics,nerve conduction velocity and life quality were observed.Results Observation group had lower degree of neurotoxicity,scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,incidence of adverse reactions,better improvement in hemodynamics,faster nerve conduction speed and higher life quality scores than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongmai decoction can reduce degree of neurotoxicity and clinical symptoms in prevention and treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin chemotherapy,reduce incidence of adverse reactions,improve hemodynamics and nerve conduction velocity and life quality,which is worthy of reference.
