沙库巴曲缬沙坦对房颤患者心脏结构功能的影响观察

摘　　要：目的研究房颤患者使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦对心脏结构功能的影响。方法本研究将2020年-2022年本院门诊接诊的80例房颤患者作为研究对象,将其平均分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组口服盐酸胺碘酮片,观察组在盐酸胺碘酮片的基础上使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片。比较两组治疗前后血流动力学以及复发率、左心房结构功能指标、左心室结构功能变化。结果治疗前,血流动力学指标两组比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组平均动脉压、血氧饱和度无差异(P>0.05),且观察组心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组左心房结构功能比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项水平下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组左心室结构功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项左心室结构功能变化水平提高,且观察组左心室射血分数高于对照组,舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径、氨基末端脑钠肽前体低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦的使用能使房颤患者的心率有所改善,降低房颤复发率,并且在改善房颤患者心脏结构功能上具有良好的效果,值得临床使用。Objective To study effect of sakubactrovalsartan on cardiac structure and function of atrial fibrillation patients.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to outpatient department from 2020 to 2022,and divided them into observation group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases.Control group was treated with amiodarone hydrochloride tablets,observation group with shakubatrivarsartan sodium tablets on the basis of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets.Hemodynamics,recurrence rate,left atrial structural and functional indicators and left ventricular structural and functional changes were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in hemodynamic indexes between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no difference in mean arterial pressure and blood oxygen saturation between two groups(P>0.05),heart rate in observation group was lower than control group;recurrence rate of observation group was 7.50%,lower than control group 27.50%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in left atrial structure and function between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of each item in two groups decreased,those of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in left ventricular structure and function between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,level of changes in left ventricular structure and function between two groups improved.Left ventricular ejection fraction of observation group was higher than control group,end diastolic diameter,end systolic diameter and amino terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide was lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Sakubatravalsartan can improve heart rate of patients with atrial fibrillation,reduce recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation and improve cardiac structure and function,which is worthy of clinical application.
