百地滋阴丸辅助治疗对耐药性肺结核病患者免疫功能及血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨应用百地滋阴丸辅助治疗耐药性肺结核病(DR-TB)的效果及对免疫功能、血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年7月本院收治的84例DR-TB患者为研究对象,以随机分组法分成实验组与对照组,每组各42例,对照组使用2HRZE/AHR标准化疗方案治疗,实验组则是在对照组的治疗基础上应用百地滋阴丸辅助治疗,对比两组经4个月治疗的效果。结果临床治疗的效果,实验组有效率优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者外周血T细胞亚群CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均是明显较治疗前提高,而实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清IL-10降低而INF-γ升高,实验组的前后指标改变比对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论应用百地滋阴丸辅助治疗DR-TB的效果满意,能够调节免疫功能,此外调节炎症指标且可推广。Objective To explore effect of baidi nourishing Yin pill in adjuvant treatment of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(DR-TB)and its influence on immune function and serum inflammatory factors.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with DR-TB admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021,and divided them into experimental group and control group randomly,with 42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with 2HRZE/AHR standard chemotherapy scheme,while experimental group with baidi nourishing Yin pill as an adjuvant on the basis of control group.Effect of treatment in each group was compared after 4 months.Results Clinical treatment effect was significantly different between experimental group and control group,with response rate of 92.86%vs 76.91%(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of peripheral blood T cell subsets CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,those of experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had lower serum IL-10 and higher INF-γ,changes of indicators in experiment group were more significant than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baidi nourishing Yin pill Pill can achieve satisfactory effect in adjuvant treatment of DR-TB,can regulate immune function and inflammatory indicators,which can be promoted.
