牙周炎患者行牙齿洁治术治疗后采取综合性护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究牙周炎的患者在行牙齿洁治术治疗的同时给予综合性护理的作用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年11月在本院行牙齿洁治术治疗的牙周炎患者78例作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为对照组39例,采用常规护理方案;实验组39例,在常规方法的基础上给予综合性护理。将两组患者的治疗有效率、牙龈的相关指标、治疗前后的依从性、主观感受指数进行综合比较。结果经过护理后,两组患者的治疗有效率,实验组高于对照组;两组患者的牙龈指数(GL)、牙龈出血指数(SBI)、探针深度(PD),实验组显著优于对照组;两组患者的治疗依从性,实验组评分较对照组高;两组患者的主观感受指数,实验组比较低,上述差异均有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙周炎患者中行牙齿洁治术治疗后实施综合性护理措施的疗效确切,值得应用。Objective To study effect of comprehensive nursing on periodontal disease patients with dental scaling.Methods Research object:78 patients with periodontal disease treated with dental scaling in our hospital.Time:from January 2018 to November 2019.Grouping method:according to different nursing methods,the paper divided them into control group of 39 cases,with routine nursing programs;experimental group of 39 cases with comprehensive nursing care on the basis of routine method.Treatment effect,gingival related indicators,compliance before and after treatment and subjective perception index between two groups were compared comprehensively.Results After nursing,treatment effect was 97.44%in experimental group,higher than 76.92%in control group;gingival index(GL),gingival bleeding index(SBI)and probe depth(PD)in experimental group were significantly better than control group;treatment compliance in experimental group was higher than control group(p<0.05).Subjective perception index in experimental group was relatively lower,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures are effective for patients with periodontal disease after dental scaling,which and worthy of application.
